New Look is a UK based leading fast-fashion retailer and brand. Shipping to around 66 countries world-wide.
Working alongside a cross-functional user and customer experience team I was responsible for the delivery of all interface and interaction design for New Look’s global re-platform project. Re-designing the ecommerce experience from browse through to payment and aftersales. We created a flexible component based system allowing content and commerce to be seamlessly woven.
